Easy Chicken Stir-Fry Teriyaki Recipe

  • 1 pound cubed cooked white chicken
  • 1 pound your favorite frozen stir-fry vegetable (thawed)
  • 4 cloves garlic fine chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch till smooth
  • 1 package ramen noodles, do not break them


Cook ramen (entire brick of unbroken noodles) in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove; drain.

Mix teriyaki sauce with cornstarch. In a skillet over high heat saute garlic in oil; cook 1-2 minutes or until aromatic. Add vegetables and and chicken; stir 2 minutes. Add noodles and stir 3 minutes; add sauce, stir until sauce is ready. Enjoy !

* 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
* 1 tbs Cornstarch
* 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce Low Sodium

* 1 1/2 cups Mushroom sliced

Wisk broth water and cornstarch in small saucepan until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Add the teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic powder, honey and pepper to taste. Wisk to combine. Cook mixture on medium - low heat whisking constantly until it comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat and cover.

Stir fry

In large saut? pan heat oil over high heat. Add the carrots and mushrooms and stir fry 2 minutes. Add the snow peas and water chestnuts and stir fry about 1 min more. Add chicken and stir fry one minute more. Add the warm sauce and toss to coat and heat through.

Teriyaki Stir Fry Ingredients

* 1 pound chicken breasts, cut in strips
* 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 cup baby carrots, cut in halves
* 1 cup fresh broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces
* 2 celery stalks, cut up
* 1 cup fresh zucchini, sliced
* 2 cups plus 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 2 Tbsp flour
* cooked rice

Teriyaki Stir Fry INSTRUCTIONS

* Cook vegetables in simmering water until crisp-tender. Cook chicken strips in a separate pan in oil, using salt and pepper to season. When chicken is cooked, add 2 cups water, the sugar and soy sauce. Mix until sugar is dissolved. After both chicken and vegetables are cooked, drain vegetables and transfer them to the chicken and soy sauce mixture. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Take 1/2 cup water, add flour and stir until flour is dissolved. Add to the simmering chicken and vegetable mixture. Simmer and stir occasionally for 5-10 minutes. * 1/2 Cup hot water(helps the honey stir up easier)
* 1/3 Cup soy sauce
* 1/4 Cup honey(spray measuring cup with cooking spray, the honey comes out easier)
* 3/4 tsp ground ginger or 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger shopping list
* 1 lb. beef flank steak, or chicken breast, or pork, cut into thin strips **(Place the meat in the freezer for a little bit before slicing. It makes it easier to handle and slice)**
* 2 tsp olive oil
* 2 Cups broccoli
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1/2 Cup green pepper, chopped
* 1/2 Cup red pepper, chopped
* 1 Cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
* 1 small can baby corn
* 1 tsp. cornstarch
* Hot cooked rice or noodles, optional


* In a bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
* Pour 1/2 cup into a zip lock bag; add meat. Seal bag, turn to coat.
* Refrigerate for 1 hour. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
* Drain & discard marinade from the meat.
* In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir fry meat in batches in oil for 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove & keep warm.
* Add broccoli, onion, peppers, mushrooms & baby corn to the pan; stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
* Return meat to pan.
* Combine cornstarch & reserved marinade until smooth; stir into meat mixture.
* Bring to a boil; cook & stir until thickened.

  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 tbsp. white cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 chicken breasts split

Combine onion, garlic, soy sauce, oil, wine, and honey; mix well. Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish; pour sauce over. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes, turning several times.

Broil or grill while brushing with sauce until tender. Cook stir-fry vegetables and place on platter. Arrange chicken breasts over top. Makes 6 servings.

  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. snow peas (about 20)
  • butter
  • 1 sm. pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • Rice
Teriyaki Stir Fry INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet, begin cooking chicken which has been cut into bite-size strips with enough butter so it doesn't dry up or scorch. When the chicken is almost finished cooking, add 1 teaspoon of the teriyaki sauce; let it finish cooking, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn. Remove the cooked chicken from skillet and set aside.

Slightly saute onions and mushrooms with about 2 teaspoons butter. Add chopped cabbage.

In separate pot, slightly steam cut-up broccoli (do not completely cook). When cabbage is not quite done, add chicken and broccoli to the skillet of onions, mushrooms and cabbage. Add rest of teriyaki sauce and the snow peas and pepper. Simmer until everything is hot. Begin cooking rice before you have finished simmering the stir fry.
